Was inspired by the thread are Muslims of today, real Muslims?
Which lead me to think "can they still be classified as Ahlal Kitaab?"
Most of the Jews are not actually real Jews, they are the descendants of a Russian king who converted to Judaism because of political reasons.
The christians have gone so far from the teachings of 'Isa ibn Maryam that they have now started praying to every saint that seems to cross their path.

Blah. The day didn't start out good- I found out the medicine the doctor gave DH for his heartburn isn't covered by our insurance. Not a huge deal, but an inconvenience. They also want him to come in for a stomach xray this week, which means another $50.
I get to work. I completely can't solve the first problem someone emails me about. The second one I ended up fixing, but after about 2.5 of working on it, which included the user coming over to my building, going to get his old laptop, and me go...
