bought phpld and access supporter forum? where do i find supporter forum?
I just bought phplinkdirectory and access to the private supporters forum. in my account on your page it is confirmed. But where do i find the 3.0 supporters forum?
Could it be a problem that shortly before i bought phpld and the access to private supporters forum. i regged an account with the same username an password for the forums here on your pages as i regged for buying a few minutes later?

Horrible support: How do i get support to respond to my email? I opened a Parallels support incident over a month ago, and despite the promised response "within 3 business days" and several replies asking for status after that period was well gone support has yet to respond to my incident at all!

PayPal Merchant support ignoring/closing open support tickets?

Hi. Has anyone else experienced massive problems with the PayPal Merchant Technical Support website? We submit a support ticket, the problem is clearly not resolved, yet PayPal then close the support ticket!We then get back in touch to say "why have you closed the ticket?" only to be told that we'll have to submit the request all over again! Hivelocity support, or no support?

Hi,
I've been with Hivelocity for 2 years. Occasionally we have problems, but it works. Their support staff can do very simple things relatively fast, however if you have some serious problems, e.g. failed disk and need to be replaced and do restoration from backup, it will be hell!
They will NOT do what asked in Reload Request, delayed answer to chat, no answer to tickets for many hours.
So far I'm very disappointed of Hivelocity support.

Does Facebook developer support really support developers?

I am posting this as I am fed up with an issue still unresolved after 2 weeks, 4 emails and 2 posts in the bug tracker. Our application was listed in the application directory and suddenly disappeared without us changing any settings on our app. On the bug tracker I saw that there were quite a few developers who have the same problem, some as early as the beginning of November... and no one at Facebook seems to do anything about it.
