I want to increase my striking skills and perhaps enter some sort of striking tournament this fall. Mostly I train BJJ, but am decent at striking, concentrating on the effective moves and combinations. Maybe you guys can give me some other tips for moves to try. Feral Strikes Bug? Asked on: 20 Dec 2008
Wondering if this is just me. It's like the old Feral Strike bugs of having the animation stuck on you.. but. It's not. When I'm using Feral Strikes, and when I happened to get stunned during the animation I will get bugged out. The animation of the flaming blades and so forth will be stuck on me.. but I can't use any skills. I can't use potions, I can't use items, I'm continually stuck in combat. this is something I have wondered about for a while. <BR> <BR>are there any peer-reviewed credible scientific studies (in English) that break down the mechanics of an internal strike? <BR> <BR>I hear people say that internal approaches to martial arts use different muscles from more external strikes. swift strikes dmg nerfed? Asked on: 17 Jul 2008
I dont know if this is a product of the changes to weapon speed, but yesterday i was hitting my last hit of swift strikes X for upwards of 600-700. Today im lucky if i can break 500 on the last hits of the combo. EDIT: grim corruption IV also appears to be doing less damage. My point of comparison is hits on unshielded sides compared to the same hits yesterday pre patch.

These would be cool random events to have happen in the creature stage, and possibly in others as well. Not only would it add to the feel of realism, but it'd provide extra challenges for you too. Finding food would be more difficult during ice ages. The land could be sculpted and formed by glaciers. Meteor strikes could not only wipe out populations in the creature and other stages, but the difficulties of dealing with the lack of sunlight for some period of time after due to the dust it kicks...
