Start javadb when glassfish starts?

Hi, is it possible to set a flag somewhere so that glassfish automatically
starts javadb when glassfish starts up?

Start up and go or start up, warm up and go?

I started a similar thread at the other site a while back.
So, do you start up and allow the motor to warm up before putting the trans in gear? Do you start up and take off right away? Do you start up, wait a minute or two then take off?
How much time elapses between start up and take off, what do you do during that time period and WHY????

IE7 NZB load, Newsbin starts but doesn't start downloading?

Hi,
I have IE7 RC1 and Newsbin Pro 5.21 installed on Windows XP Pro + SP2.
Clicking the NZB to open, newsbin starts but doesnt start downloading.
I know that I can download by saving the NZB to my NZB autoload folder, but I dont like that.
I would like this: Click the NZB download button (at binsearch) choose open NZB, NewsBin starts and also starts download my stuff. Just like it did with IE6.
How to solve this issue?

Why did my e30 not start and then start working fine?

I drove 1500km this weekend (and got pulled over doing 152 km/h, yay), parked the car yesterday, took a nap, went to start it, wouldn't start. Swapped the ECU (known issue on my car) still wouldn't start. Gave up, went to sleep.
woke up today, works great. Swapped the ECU, (just for fun), let it adapt, runs great.
What could it be? it always cranked, just didn't start. I want to fix this as i need this car to be (reasonably) reliable

Start OF = Starting COH?

When i start my COH : OF its start CoH.... Why?
Now i have tryed to re-installe it all but still the same problem...
Can i fix it somehow or do i need to waith to steam get theres fingers out **** aso?

Just wondered when are some of you are starting/started mat leave?
and why then?
.. I've just realised I've left it too late to start 11 wks before EWC .. yet another acroynm I've learned!
I've got to give 15 weeks notice of the start of my mat leave.. need to seriously think it about it now..
cause i've no idea.. when is work going to be 'too much'??
I would like some chill time before baby comes!
but finance will probably be an issue.
