Good brand for men's cycling shorts?
Asked on: 28 Nov 2008
Just in the market for padded cycle shorts of some kind, as I read that cycling without good shorts can take you out of the gene pool.

Why wear bib shorts?
Asked on: 11 Jun 2007
Newbie question here. Are bibs or shorts just personal preference or is there an obvious benefit to bib shorts?

What are these shorts?
Asked on: 08 Jan 2005
Coria and Agassi are two players that I know wear what looks like cycling shorts under their tennis shorts. Are these cycling shorts or some other kind of shorts? Are they used for support or something else? Where can I find these shorts? I'm not too sure if Agassi still wears them, but I know he wore them when he still had the mullet.

Square cut Biker Shorts / Hot shorts?
Asked on: 17 Oct 2008
Hey Guys,
I am working on an acrobalance/adagio act and I am finding my shorts are getting in the way because I need to keep my skin exposed. What I need is those squarecut spandex like shorts that I sometimes see bodybuilders train their legs in. Anyone know what they are called or where I can find them?
Thanks,
T

Are skirts with hidden shorts called skorts? I always thought of skorts where it looks like a skirt in the front and looks like shorts in the back. Anyone know?

Are shorts ok in Japan?
Asked on: 10 Jul 2004
Dumb question I know. But I went to Italy (Naples) to visit a friend and wandered around the city. She said she could see me as a tourist from miles away because I was wearing shorts. Shorts seem to be taboo in Europe, fine in the US- what about Japan? And how about sandals?

Anyone wear bib shorts?
Asked on: 31 Oct 2007
Can anyone who wears bib shorts tell me why they think they are better than regular bike shorts? I can see the appeal for winter riding (they offer a little extra warmth) but whats the appeal during the summer months?

Your Favorite Summer Century Shorts?
Asked on: 26 Apr 2007
Time to take an informal poll since Spring finally has arrived here on the East Coast. Last year's shorts are looking thin and I've upped my training schedule and I don't want to do laundry every day! Help! Time to invest in some new bike shorts.
What are your favorite summer shorts for those hot summer century rides?
Did I mention I'm doing 110 hilly miles on August 4th
