Aribitrary strings in return and cancel_return?

In Buy Now Button, there are return and cancel_return fields. I want to understand if there are character amount limits on them, because them were not specified in the Spec.
If there are no limits on both, can I assign them to be any aribitrary string? And, the PayPal will auto redirect the result pages to the URLs where I specified at return and cancel_return before.

Returning an item, return postage?

I bought a sweater and it was damaged when I got it, it was listed as new with tags. Is it fair to request that the seller pay for return postage as the item was damaged when it was sent?

So, what return is considered to be a good yearly return on stocks? 5%?
10%? 15%? 20%?
I'm getting 2% on a liquid CD and probably can get close to 4% on a long
term CD. This is guaranteed money. How much more do I need to get to put
up with the fickle stock market?

Why won't auto-return auto return?

Hi - First post, first time working with the sandbox. I'm trying to develop a cart like i'm sure most everyone else here. In my sandbox account, i have auto-return turned on. I have IPN turned on. Everything is turned on. However, after i make a "purchase" it takes me to a "confirmation" page where it sits and does not auto-return to my site. What gives? Thanks,

I haven't EVER been on a contract with Sprint, until I purchased my Touch Pro on 10/25/08.
If I return the phone to Best Buy, what will happen? Will I be stuck on my OLD phone, with absolutely no benefits--and still be locked into a two-year agreement?

Missing return statement?

What older character would you like to see return next?

Dell Exchange/Return. What Am I Suppose To Return?

Ok so I recently received another new XPS laptop because my first one had many defects. Fortunately I'm satisfied with the new one, and I'm not going through any hardware switchup nightmares like some others are on the forums.
One thing I don't get is that they haven't given me specific instructions on returning the system. They just gave me a ups label and told me to send back the system.
The thing is the new box didn't come with earphones, some cds, the manual, and the remote.
Am I expected to...
