synchronous reset or asynchronous reset?

Do Badges get reset if MS Resets their GS?

Not sure if it goes under support, creator chat or badges, so placing it here first.
Anyways, JAPAN TOP got his GS reset back to 0 since MS decided to crackdown on some gamesavers again. The thing is, all the badges are still attached to his blog which is really irritating since he's the only one that has some of those badges.
Just wondering if since the total GS is now 0, would the badges get stripped?

Reset or not to reset?

Based on the materials we have seen as well as interviews we have heard, I think it is safe to assume a few things.
1. JJ says it isn't a reboot. I would assume by that he means a reboot is just taking the premise of a show and starting over without any connections (besides premise) to the original material.
The current example of this is BSG. It takes the premise of the original Battlestar Galactica, but is in no way connecting to the 70's series.
2. Time travel is absolutely involved. It appea...

Reset Dr not accurately recording resets?

Rob,
I'm running 1.81 on a 700p (Sprint) and have applied the MR. When I look in the crash log it says "Reset - No error 'date' 'time' and User Initiated?" the problem is that some of the resets were not user initiated. I don't know if this matters but when I do ##377# I see a reset from 06/08 as the last reset, unfortunately that's not true.

How to reset (soft and hard) without the reset button?

Hello!
I just received my demo bundle from Bean My "broken" unit seems to be working find, exept that the reset button is stucked and doesnt work.
When there is a software bug, does the Zodiac reset by itself after sometime if you don't press the reset button?
Also, is there anyway to do a hard reset wihtout removing the battery and without using the reset button? I would like to find a software that is able to make hard reset, but so far all I,ve found are programs allowing you to do a soft res...

Warm Reset is cleaner than Hard Reset?

Generally, do hard reset can erase all data in RAM and give me a clean device. But sometimes, I found that warm reset is probably cleaner than hard reset. After do warm reset, I cannot turn on bluetooth and cellphone radio, etc. However, after do hard reset, all features of device work well.
Am I right? Which components in ROM do and do NOT be launched in the warm reset process?

partial video.. preference reset.. no video?

I've been having some issues with my vlc, it only showed part of a video.. see pic
so i reinstalled and it still did that (i tried several different files) and then i tried resetting the preferences and now theres no video. what gives?
