How to remove Flash Player not listed in Add/Remove?

It has been impossible for me to get a reasonable answer from Adobe, so now I am asking you guys, dolls and magicians: How to remove Adobe Flash Player and ActiveX Plugin ?
They are of course not listed in XP's Add / Remove Programs.
The problem began with the flash player not working, so I updated from Major Geeks to the new beta version. But this didn't help - on the contrary: When I tried to uninstall, XP would say that these programs seemed not to be installed, so would I like them to be rem...

Doc said plica -- to remove now or not to remove now?

Just got back from the OS (ugh, I hate 7:45 appointments, SO EARLY!) and the doc pretty much confirmed what I thought -- my LEFT (supposed GOOD!) knee has plica syndrome. In fact, it's bad enough that you can actually feel the plica in the knee, very painful.
Anyways, as conservative treatment has thusfar failed, I figured arthroscopy would probably be my best route. Question is, should I do it now or wait four months and do it during Christmas break?
I really don't want to be walking around cam...

Remove panel selector?

The ony panel I use is the mail panel, is there a way to remove the panel toggle column that sits to the left of it? If I delete all the buttons from it, I can't see the mail panel anymore.

How can one remove ones name from someones 'Friends'-list, if one doesn't want to be there at all? (Because, for instance, for political, ideological or just personal reasons.) In my view Friendship is something mutual, made in accordance with one another. Not a One-Way-Traffic.

How to Remove/Edit Divider Line?

can anyone tell me how to remove the horizontal line between the thumbnails and slide image. i'm using a skin called "saratogateen.com" though i now find it's very similar to "horizontal" so maybe the answer would be the same.
i did find the comparable answer for the vertical skin by searching here but don't think that applies here.

it is still listed in the Add/Remove list in the Control Panel?
