Any suggestions for next month's Poll of the Month? Asked on: 29 Sep 2006
For those unfamiliar, the Poll of the Month is a little feature on my website where every month of the year there would be a poll, in which people would vote and at the end of the month there would be a winner.. So.. like the title says, any suggestions? If so, leave them on this thread.

I'm trying to find the date that represents previous 1 month, or 6 month or 12 month from today's date, for a java program. I am only able to find the difference between the dates. Any help is highly appreciated.

F-Secure 6 months or 3 months? Asked on: 21 Nov 2005
Hello, I've just installed the F-Secure 6 month Trial from the August 05 edition. I installed on 29th August BEFORE the 31st August deadline as stated in the magazine. It installed and registed ok but the software says that it is set to expire on 20 Nov 05 which really is only 3 months and not 6 months as advertised. Has anyone else noticed this or had this problem? Are other registration numbers available to make the trial last the full 6 months? Thanks. rg.

Monthly billing - short months? Asked on: 07 Dec 2008
This is more of just a technical question... I am using the API + Reference Transactions to bill customers, but am having trouble deciding WHEN. For example, say I sign up on the 31st of January. When should they be billed in February, since there is no 31st day? My first plan was to just charge them every 30 days, but it would seem most billing systems do in fact bill on "the same day each month", and I just don't happen to have any bills myself that fall in the "problemetic" days. Hi All, I've tried modding the php script to show in Step 2 of the checkout page payment info box, CC Month drop down menu to display: (01) January, (02) February etc. but so far not made it work. Now, this may seem like an odd request, but I've seen (on another site I have) customers often entering the wrong month and having the CC rejected. Alternate MLG 2V2 And MLG 1V1 From Month To Month? Asked on: 31 Jan 2006
I know, I know this is like thread # 5000 about 2v2's, but hear me out. I'd like to see MLG 2v2 apart of the MLG tournament scene, you wouldn't need to take out MLG 1v1's, they could alternate every month. I have all the respect in the world for MLG 1v1 stars like Karma, but just to put a new face on things, so to speak; bring in MLG 2v2 gametypes. I think this would be a fair compromise, because both gametypes aren't as huge for MLG players as the 4v4, but would certainly spice things up a litt...

Hi, my boss wants to run a report to show the % change in sales pipeline month over month, I used the standard report "opportunity pipeline trend" report, but I cannot create a custom formula to calculate the % change month over month. Any suggestion? Thanks.
