In Nov 2004, I joined a company that has office in ME. I did so to file for LC from Maine as my pending 140/485 was going to be denied. I never moved there and continued on my project outside ME. Employer deducted ME state tax from my pay. I asked him not to do so but he did it anyway.
Long story short, now I got my W2 and went to a tax consultant to file my taxes, he said I should file as a non-resident of ME and get all the ME state tax money as refund. I went to another tax consultant and he...

I suppose a need to be free, and to live one's life unhindered, as something virturally all can relate to.
But why do libertarians use arguments such as "well who are you to deny me my liberty?" or "why should the government tax me to fund itself?"when making points about their ideology?
By saying that others should respect our liberty, then we are making an obligation on others. Why, then, should others respect that obligation? I suppose this could be seen as a critique against libertarian argu...

Ok, we did this a while ago (was it last year?) and it was pretty fun.
What you do is post a picture of yourself, then we can take a stab at doing a drawing of you.

Can a Cop ticket me without pulling me over?

me and a Mazda 6 were speeding on the highway and i was in front. I saw the cop first and i hit the brake. Mazda came flying past me and hit the brake after he passed me. im pretty sure the cop got me over 80 MPH first but went to pull over the mazda instead. Im worried that the cop took me licnese plate number and gona mail me the ticket?
I dont have a front plate too so he might miss my car with laser. but im sure he got me first then the Mazda saved me. Ticket in the mail for me??
