Whats the deal with the MSN search 'loophole' thing?

i keep getting emails trying to sell me an ebook about how any site can get #1 on MSN search for ANY keyword without needing backlinks through some 'loophole'
Anyone know what they are talking about?

Can we reliably exploit this loophole?

Recently we've started to make use of the following loophole in the Generics type system that makes it possible to "re-throw" arbitrary checked exceptions without declaring them in the throws clause.
(I don't claim credit for this idea, it was proposed by Ralf Ullrich here: http://groups.google.de/group/de.comp.lang.java/browse_thread/thread/ea1926ea6dc19a50).
Now, this is really handy, but I'm wondering: can we rely on this "pattern" to work in future Java versions?

Not Eligible For Upgrade - Loophole?

I'm currently uneligible for an upgrade and am on at&t.
There are two lines and I'm on a familyplan - one line has an iPhone 3G and the second is a 9.99 add-on to the basic 59.99 or whatever it is plan.
I want to upgrade the lines to the 129.99 plan but is there any way to do this? I'm looking to buy the iPhone 3G 16GB but was unhappy when I found out it would cost me 500 dollars - I read of a loophole to get it for 300 but does it work?

Tenancy Deposit Protection Scheme avoidance loophole?

I moved into a shared rented house in June 2007 (after the Tenancy Deposit Protection Scheme came into force) and I, together with the 2 existing tenants and another new tenant, signed a new tenancy agreement via an Agency. I paid my deposit to the out-going tenant rather than to the landlord, at the landlord's request. AFTAP Loophole?
