ReaRoute Latency?

Does ReaRoute add additional latency on top of the ASIO driver Latency?
I want to know if i get native latency times from my slave application during live midi recording or if i'm compounding the problem/latency? Make sense?

How to minimize latency?

I'm sending MPEG4 streaming video over network using Darwin streaming server, and viewing it with VLC.0.8.1, I experience more than 10 seconds delay, however if I use QuickTime 6.3 to view it, the latency is less than 0.5 second.
Anyone know how to bring the latency down? Which C/C++ module controls the latency and the buffer?

High latency on every server?

Not been able to play yet.
Edit: From the UK, and I never had this problem with the demo.

How many warps per SM to hide global mem latency?

Low LATENCY pc setups - what's YOURS?

Hi Guys, this is my setup:
AMD Athlon 64 X2
2.40 GHz
1 GB RAM
M-Audio 2496
MK149 MIDI keyboard
Home Studio 6 XL
Windows XP
AVG antivirus
And basically, its almost ok, but just enough latency to ruin playing.
So for those of you who have great latency - 1-3ms,
what is YOUR setup?

Latency caused by keyboard?

Is it common to have different amounts of latency when using different keyboards through the same interface. (this appears to be happening in my system)
When I change cables between my Yamaha digital piano and a korg triton LE. THe LE seems to have considerably less latency.
