Can you recover from an interestingness-killing group?

I have a picture that I really like that had been getting some attention, and I foolishly posted it to the "The World Through My Eyes" group. It bombed the "interestingness" from 3rd among my pictures to 19th. I pulled the photo from the group immediately; no comments, favorites, or probably even views resulted from its brief time in TWTME. I'm wondering if the negative factor from its membership in that group remains in its interestingness algorithm forever, or if it eventually disappears?

Why do people kill and then justify it while saying killing is wrong?

Killing is wrong... why?

I was thinking about this. Killing is only wrong because society has agreed it is wrong so everyone can live under the protection of the law knowing they won't be killed, or so it is meant to work. Religion also teaches us killing is wrong.
I ask you... Why?
I wan't a real reason to why killing is wrong because I can't think of one. I don't want a reason that is just another way of saying "killing is wrong" without an actual reason such as "We don't have the right to take someone's life" because...

Do you think killing enemy troops before evacuation is the right thing to do, or totally wrong?
Choices:
Right Thing To Do -- Killing Upgraded enemy troops helps my faction teamates who will face this player in later matches. This is a wargame anyways, stop being a baby about it
Wrong -- Only a jerk purposely kills an enemies upgraded troops when they are evacing. I don't do it to others and I expect to be treated the same....
