I have a 2 month old Powercolor 512mb PCS 4870 (The non-reference, overclocked and aftermarket cooler card). During gaming and web surfing I occasionally get screen flashing. By this I mean that it will go from a fully rendered screen to a blank black screen and the audio and the house will not function. If I hit ESC or just wait it out it will usually calm down. Ok, I'm having this issue and I'm torn between if this is an oil or fuel issue. What is happening is at idle, I'll be at 600 RPMs and it'll idle completely fine...then a few seconds later it will drop RPMs like it wants to stall but doesn't and comes back up to 600 RPMs. This is somewhat random and only occurs during idle. OK so awhile back my card randomly decided it needed to delete all of my pictures. I never formated it or anything, I just turned it off then turned it back on later and they were gone. I've been having an issue with my coaxi cable giving off strong electrical shocks. In fact, it's fried two cable boxes, my TV and three cable techs. I had out an electrician and he told me that it's probably the coaxi ground (grounded to the junction box by the meter) and said the the only wires running thru there are a hot and a neutral and that it could get getting back feed. Link issue in Firefox and Netscape... maybe Layer issue? Asked on: 09 Sep 2006
I have a layer that has images on it, which are linked to an outside url in a new window. I have this layer on all my pages and it works fine on my mac in Safari, and IE. In Firefox and Netscape one of the pages works, while all the other don't. I copied and pasted code from the working page to the ones that don't work and the problem is the same. I have read that for QS-9000 you should re-issue a document after so many revisions. Is this true? If so, and the document is identified with an I.D such as ABC - 1234 Rev 5, What does the Id. become after Re-issue. Does it become ABC-1234 Rev 1 or do you have to obsolete that I.D. and issue a new i.d. to the document
