Intel Core Duo mit Intel 954PM und GF7400... Treiber?

Hi,
ich will mir jetzt das neu erschienene Notebook Sony VGN-FE11M zulegen. Das hat nen Intel Core Duo mit 2 Kernen, den Chipsatz Intel 945PM (??), ne Geforce 7400, Bluetooth und ne integrierte Webcam. Jetzt habe ich da einige Fragen dazu, da ich SuSE 10 drauf laufen lassen will:
1) Wie sieht es mit Treibern für den neuen Chipsatz, Bluetooth und das WLan aus? Was ist da verbaut worden, da ich nirgends Angaben finden kann...
2) Die Windows-Nvidia Treiber unterstützen ja nur die Desktop Grafikkart...

I'm a new member and I would like to have some advice.
Actually, I'm considering to buy a new laptop and I would like know which one of these two processors will give better performance:
AMD AthlonX2 Dual-Core QL60 and
Intel® Pentium Dual Core M® T2390 (1.86GHz, 1M L2 Cache, 533MHz FSB)
You can assume all other criteria like RAM, HDD, etc... to be similar.

Tengo una HP530 intel core duo inside, no la version 2, y quería saber
que debian instalar.Uno de 32 bits o uno de 64 bits?
Por ahora tengo instalado uno de 32 bits y anda bien, pero si el micro
es de 64 estaria perdiendo algo de rendimiento.
El comando "cat /proc/cpuinfo | grep 64" me tira la siguiente
informacion:

windows pre-installed, and I thught that this time (since I have a huge hard

Welcher Stromsparer für Intel Core Duo?

Ich hab seit kurzem Ubuntu auf meinem Core Duo Notebook. Läuft alles und bin echt zufrieden damit. Was mich aber ein bisschen stört ist die Akku-Laufzeit. Ich hab einen kleinen Akku, der unter Windows 1:30h hält. Unter Ubuntu hält er gerade mal 1:00h.
Nagut. Dann hab ich mich mal auf den Weg durchs Internet gemacht und ein bisschen rumgeschaut und mal den Paketmanager von Ubuntu durchforstet und bin auf 3 Alternativen gestoßen:
- powernowd (installiert)
- powersavd
- cpufreqd
