Evans injured at after party?
Asked on: 28 Jul 2008
An Aussie source is reporting that a caller to a radio station saw Evans hobbling around at the team party after injuring his knee... so you manage to make it through 2 weeks of a GT after a bad crash only to injure yourself again at a party? (or is this just that the full extent of his prior injuries are coming out now?)

I do about 2 sets of 50 pushups a day 6 days a week. So a total of 100 push ups a day 600 a week is this to many push ups to do. If I increase the number will I run the risk of injuring my self or causing arthritis?
