How is Arthur controlling the hunger?

If Arthur has IA now, since he has all Peter's abilities, how is controlling the hunger so well? We saw Peter break in moments around another person with abilities, does it hit everyone that fast? Maybe he knows something about the ability that allows for better control?

If hunger/diseases in Africa disappeared?

What if, our efforts to erase (most) of the mass hunger and mass diseases in Africa actually worked, and we forgot all the old depths, and lend in some more money to African countries, then the birth rate would fly sky high, and the African population would increase in an incredible way right? I mean, less people would die of hunger and diseases, specially younger people...
Wouldn't that lead us into the same problem has we started? (in terms of food I mean). There wouldn't be so much food, and...

It looks like arthur now has ALL of peters abilities which means he has sylars aswell. So does this mean arthur has the hunger like his sons did?
It could result in arthur losing control of his mind and this is where a sensible Sylar steps in.
Im sure they will explain it in episodes to come, will suck if they dont.

How to tell between hunger and need to suck?

I'm trying to feed my LO on demand. I had some BF issues (the LC tells me my LO is a "sucker" and that I can't let her pacify at my breast or she won't nurse).
BUT, I'm having a hard time telling the difference between her hunger cues and her need to suck/pacify?
Short of giving her the boob every time, is there another way to tell whether she's hungry or she just wants to pacify??

I'm just wondering if I'm nuts like my hubby thinks...
Since last Wednesday I've began waking up roughly 1-4am utterly starving and can't go back to sleep unless I eat. I've been having peanut butter sandwiches with some milk for these late night hunger issues.
