anyone else gettin 400 mi. to the tank?

have had my lude bout 2 months now and after changing the plugs and throwin in a k&n air filter (using mobil 1 synthetic aswell) am gettin 400 mi to the tank... in the city. just wondering if that is normal or should i be gettin more or less?

Well I ordered DSL from Verizon on 1/13, they shipped my modem and such on 1/14, and had an activation date of 1/20. I went home last night, put all the equipment together following all of Verizons instructions naturally, but it would not connect. Booted up my other system and connected to my reliable 26.4 dialup. By checking on my order status found that Verizon had cancelled my order the day after they sent all the HW to me! I was only just a tad PO'd...ok a lot. And to top it off their helpli...

Gettin fatter or more muscle? Im not gonna lie to you all. Im only 19, im NOT on any gear. I get on here for learning purposes. Once I get a little older, i probably will. But thats a little down the road. My question is this. I was at roughly 175 lbs at 5'4. 15% bodyfat. I got lazy for a couple of months, and got weak as shit. I just checked gun-deals, and they barely have any .45 deals.. Everything seems to amount to... ordering from dick's or walmart.
If .45 is such a popular round, where do all the beginners get theirs? or is reloading that much cheaper compared to buying in-store?

Just heard on 1040 Pratt mention that Gillis ripped Scott Rintoul in a recent interview...anyone know what was said etc?
Also, I notice when the Rintoul interviews Shorthouse, John seems to get annoyed by him. Not sure if everyone else has picked up on this?
