Is the voice of the people finally being heard? In a quick blurb on page 30 of the May 2003 edition of Popular Science there was mention of Congress concidering passing a bill to allow users of digital media to make copies for home use:

Do you think that SVG is finally going for a nine man rotation to get prepared for the playoff or will he rest the regular players and play with the bench players and have them rested for the playoffs?
