Autofill Case fields with information (fields) from Opportunity? Asked on: 25 Nov 2008
Hey, How do you do this: I need to get information (three fields) from my Opportunity page to Case page (with those very same fields). Is it possible to some how take care of this kind of task? For example when converting a Lead into Account and Opportunity, the fields are autofilled by the information from that Lead. Nice and easy! I would like to do something similar with Opportunity --> Case, and be able to choose which fields are needed. Is this a piece of cake thing or what? Help needed!...

Hi there, Is there a way to insert values into DATE fields other than the default way...for example, rather than INSERT INTO test VALUES ('2008-08-14') is there a way to insert directly the value ('14-AUG-2008') in this format?? Thanks

How to make an "Amount" field a calculation from 2 other fields? Asked on: 11 Jun 2007
Hi, I've read the help and training files with Team Edition with no luck but would like to make the Amount field in Opportunites a calculation of 2 other fields, i.e. the field needs to be 100% of the sum of one custom field + 25% of the sum of another custom field. The Amount field is a standard field. Hope you can help.

which file alters the Profile fields? I want to delete the Occupation and Interests fields. Also I 've added a heap of extra custom fields, is there a way to find the file that will let me change the order of the fields instead of doing it via the admin control panel? thanks Pete
