So before the Canucks/ Rangers game, I began reading blogs and write-up's from the Ranger's media. Beside some lame articles that show that the media in NY thinks their team is a mold the rest of the league should copy, I got to see how many Rangers fans are a bunch of homers. Granted, the Canucks have their share of homer fans (some are here in CDC. Hell....I might be accused of being one). But Ranger fans seem to take the cake.

This is the first time I have posted on this board but I have been reading it almost everyday since I came to school here in the fall of 2002.
When I came to school here all i was told about was how awesome Griz fans are and how they are more loyal than any fans in the country. Why don't anime fans ever like other anime fans?

It's been mentioned. Even in some animes, whether it's that pizza faced, inuyasha crazed girl who refuses to date anyone unless they're fictional or that overweight shallow guy who sleeps with a pillow shaped like rosette from chrono crusade,
You hardly ever see anime fans who date other anime fans.
(hell I like anime and I think I've only ever dated one other person sharing that interest.)
"Otakus" for lack of a better word always feel the need to find others that share their interest in anime,...

Movie Fans Or Book Fans?

Ok i was thinking a little while back, are people fans of the Harry Potter books or are they only interested because of the movies... With all of the talk this off-season about the Bills possibly moving and whether or not we could root for the Bills if they were playing for another city, it got me asking myself, "am I fan of this team or the game"?

TV Football fans or Football fans?

I was playing soccer today and when I came back home I remembered the joy I used to get from playing the sport. Ever since I came to Canada I don't think I enjoyed playing soccer as much as I did in UAE. Not sure if it is because I grew lazier, or the environment or maybe just didn't like playing it.
Don't get me wrong, I still love playing soccer. I am always up for it, but not competitevly anymore. Being fit all the time, getting to know different people, dealing with the immature/younger ones...
