The Seven Deadly Sins. How would you build them?
Asked on: 02 Dec 2005
Ok build challenge. How would you all build the Seven Deadly Sins for M&M 2e.
Here is a list of them as I remember them:
Sloth
Gluttony
Lust
Wrath
Envy
Greed
Pride
At the same time for the truly ambitious lets try the Seven Virtues:
Zeal
Temperance
Chastaty
Kindness
Love
Generosity
Humility
I ran a Seven Deadly sins scenario in 1e and would really like to see everyone's interpretation of them for 2e.

Deadly Force: Hollowpoint or FMJ?
Asked on: 17 Dec 2008
To my way of thinking the obvious answer for SD would certainly have to be hollowpoint, however, I believe either round would be effective if well placed. My question-- based on comments I've seen here and on a court case I saw on television-- is which round would be the better choice from a legal standpoint? If I were to use deadly force in an otherwise righteous situation, would I be less certain of success in a Texas courtroom if my chosen round was hollowpoint?

When should police use deadly force?
Asked on: 30 Aug 2006
An 18-year-old Huntington Beach woman was shot and killed by police officers who say she lunged at them with a knife following their repeated demands to put the knife down.
Friends of Ashley MacDonald protested the shooting saying police used excessive force. Law-enforcement experts say police can use deadly force whenever they fear for their own safety. The incident is being investigated by the Orange County Sheriff's Department.
What do you think? Keep procedures for officer involved shootings...

Rod of Deadly Casting, a Vorpal Rod?
Asked on: 30 Sep 2008
After looking through the compendeim, I came across the Rod of Deadly Casting.
1625000 gp for a +6 enhansement, 1D10 per pluss crit. roll a ten reroll and add.
The cost is durt cheap compaired to the Vorpal, and can be used by and Warlock. When did the cost of a powerfull item get so low? most +6 items have a cost that is 1 gp higher. If this is the correct price I'm getting one for my Warlock. Maybe the world economy is rubbing of on D@D.
Is this a type-o?

Deadly Genesis: Who's the Villain?
Asked on: 21 Nov 2005
*Warning: Potential spoilers*
I just put down Deadly Genesis and it was a very good read and very impressive. Kind of gives you a tough gap though. I read X-Men 177 where Val Cooper shows up. Then I pick up DG and the Sentinels are watchdogs? Missing something. Probably tied into 178, but I'd have liked to know this kind of info.
Anyways, that villain looks to be a pretty bad @$$ dude. Now I know there's going to be critics as ALWAYS. Really, you just can't make some people happy. But an...
