Would Quad core open up 128 bit operating system?
Asked on: 11 Sep 2008
The question I'm putting forward is that If we now have quad core processors does that mean they can now make 128 bit O/S's?
If a core 2 duo is a 64 bit processor capable of handling XP and Vista 64 bit operating systems how far around the bend is 128 bit?
The current chips out right now are they truly quad core the way core 2 duo is dual core?
Any ideas?

What one? the HP TX1000Z?
Asked on: 02 Nov 2007
Hello everyone , I am in the market for a good Laptop/Tablet hybrid.
First and foremost I need one that can do some pretty good gaming ( Simply because this will be my main laptop used for everything). Next I need it to have a price of around or below 2000$, It needs to have 2-4 gigs of RAM, I would LIKE to have something small, like a 12 inch. It needs to have core 2 duo or dual core processor, hopefully 2.0ghz or higher. Needs bluetooth and wireless G/N/B capabilities, and other sexy features....
