How to backup Netbackup Master server configuration and restore to new server...   Asked on: 04 Sep 2008
I'm having some issues with Netbackup 5.1 MP7 and considering backup up the configuration, rebuilding the server, then restoreing the configuration.  Is there a process to perform this?  I wasn't able to locate any documentation.  Thank you!

Hi! I've finally customised and configured Miranda perfectly under my preference. It took me couple of days and lots of tries, but that's it! Now I'd like to have exactly the same configuration on my laptop and here's my question: is that possible to somehow export the configuration, neccessary files etc., save it in some kind of pack and just simply install on the other computer? Or do I have to go through the process of configuration again? :/ Regards

Capture configuration data but process it seperately?   Asked on: 18 Aug 2008
Basically I want to do a clone task from console, but have a copy of ghregupd.reg with the current machine configurations available on the machine and have my OWN winPE disk run ghconfig using this data.  Can you export the configuration data via command line switches for ghost?   If I select the "configuration" option in the clone task, then it processes this in a DOS boot environment, which is something that I don't want.   Thanks, Jason

Hello! does somebody know how I can save all the getright configuration? Its interesting because I made many different configuration settings and want to reinstall my computer. Maybe you can say me which files are important to backup so getright has its old configuration back again. Thank You Elmar!!

Subject pretty much says it all. AFAIK, RPC over HTTP is not possible on Windows Server 2000. Just want to confirm that there's no way to get this configuration to work.
