Moving to Oregon... any good clothing places?

Im moving to Oregon for business reasons and wanted to know if anyone on here is from Oregon and might give me some advice of where are some great places to shop for clothing (business clothing) , shoes, good tailors, and clothing services (MTM, bespoke etc).

Can anyone recommand any good (as in quality and affordability) online clothing store? I mean clothing like fashion-wear and stuff (jeans, T-shirts, dresses...etc).
