I am a clock sucker.... Anyone here have a Grandfather clock?   Asked on: 31 Jul 2006
Hey Gang, My Grandfather recently passed away and he left his Ridgeway Grandfather Clock to my Mother who wanted me to take it. So I called the local Clock Lady who did the service on this clock and verified what I needed to do to move it. I have it set up and I have the pendulum regulated finally (been tinkering with it all day to get it to keep an even beat). From what I see in the documentation he bought this clock back in 1984 and it was his most prized possesion. My Grand Father and I were...

What's the most efficient Architecture clock for clock?   Asked on: 29 Nov 2008

More Important: Core Clock or Memory Clock?   Asked on: 18 Dec 2008
Been searching for a suitable 9800GTX+ off Newegg and I want to know which would be the best card there for about $199. What is more of a determining factor on the performance of the card in FSX? The core clock or the memory clock? Did some research on Wiki but couldn't determine an answer. Reason I ask is that MSI had its card at a core clock of 760MHz and a Memory Clock of 2300MHZ: The highest clocks for $200, but this card has since been deactivated. Alot of the other cards are slower for the...
