How Clear Is Clear?
Asked on: 21 Aug 2008
Hello,
I have a wine here that is very clear and no longer fermenting. It has been racked and sitting for about 5 days since and it looks very clear. How can I tell if it is clear enough?
Cheers

Clears what is the softest clear?
Asked on: 02 Nov 2008
Hello,
I am having trouble with encasing. I have some moretti clear and I can't seem to melt it on my hot head very well. Perhaps this is a lack of patience on my part. I was wondering if there was a specific clear that works best for HH or if its just me. I am thinking of ordering the CIM clear any opinions on that?
Thanks Caroline

Bad Clear Or Wrong Clear?
Asked on: 30 Nov 2008
Did a ALUM pan today in EW mirror black which came out nice after the 2nd coat but when I shot the clear it only flowed in a couple places. What is the cause for that? Hot flocked it the 2nd try and still wouldn't flow-out. Just got the clear from EW last week. I think the # is 10039. It's getting stripped now!

Clear Creek / Clear Lake - safe again?
Asked on: 07 Nov 2008
I have to get the boat out this weekend. I'm having freaking withdrawals.
Has anyone been cruising the Creek lately and Clear Lake? Is it all good, or any major (new) obstacles to look out for?

clear_cache -- how to clear all cache_ids of a template?
Asked on: 26 May 2003
I have a cached template "cats.tpl", which is cached with different cache_ids (each cache_id for each Language: "lang|EN", "lang|SK")
Is it possible to delete all cache for such a template???
$tpl->clear_cache('cats.tpl','lang|EN');
-- works fine
$tpl->clear_cache(null,'lang');
-- works fine
$tpl->clear_cache('cats.tpl');
-- doesn't work (does not delete all cached versions of 'cats.tpl')
This is a little bit silly

Clear _POST Data?
Asked on: 13 Dec 2008
This is probably a very trivial question. How do you remove the POST data for a facebook application so when the user hits F5 they same data does not get submitted?
All the work arrounds I have found don't involve facebook. When I tried the solution bellow, it errors on me even when I include

How clear is clear?
Asked on: 04 Oct 2007
I currently batch sparge, and I've got my brewing process dialed in nicely at the moment. I can brew and get cleaned up in about five hours which is fine by me. And my beers are coming out really, really great at the moment.
However there is one area that I'm not 100% happy about and that is my sparge.
When I add my sparge water I recirculate until there are no more chunks coming out of the tap. However, the wort is still pretty cloudy. I'm sure this contributes to the slight hazes I get in my b...
