Building custom enclosure, chilling intake?

Hi,
I've presently got 1 rack-mount form factor server at home, and am about to add 2 or 3 more (sweet deal from work, can't pass them up). Obviously the biggest problem with server class cases is they're designed to go into a datacenter where noise and cooling are not a problem. Unfortunately these systems will be sitting beside my desk at home, and I really don't want to go deaf listening to the noise.
As a solution, I'm building a custom rack-mount enclosure using all kinds of silencing techn...

Tausendfach empfohlen und diskutiert, dass die Frostrüstung gegen Fernkämpfer den Vorteil des "Geschossverschluckens" gegenüber den andren Eisrüstungen bietet. Ich hab keine Ahnung wer die Funktion des Bugs positiv getestet hat, aber es wird als allgemein gültig angesehn. Da sich das beim normalen Spielen recht schlecht nachweisen lässt, dachte ich mir, dass ein paar spezifische Tests nicht Schaden könnten, deshalb hab ich da mal 2 Videos gemacht, die ihr auf Youtube anschauen könnt....

chilling a 300 gallon more or less flow?

chilling a 300 gallon more or less flow? I have a 1/3 hp JBJ and im trying to pull off chilling a 300 gallon tank with it. total water volume arond 420 gallons. i have it set to kick on around 80F calabraterd to tank so tank is really 80.5 when the chiller kicks on. its plumbed into the system threw the sump and the return spits out into a two inch bulk head to the external return pump. so whats better more of less flow threw the chiller?

X58 MOSFETS/PWM
Will the Hailea HC-500 or HC-1000 do the job?
Why, or why not?
Is there a better option?
Does anyone know what would be the heat generated in watts and what horsepower compressor would be suitable?

Which chilling system?

I am involved with building of new hatchery,
They will need about 100 TR water chiller for cooling the hatching cells and Ac.
I am thinking of manufacture the chiller myself.
There are a few cooling methods:
Falling film chiller
Shel & tube
Plate heat exchanger
Ice builder
what would you prefer and why?

advices on some chilling piano music?

Although I'm keen on pretty much all forms of ambient/beatless music, ironically, I know virtually no artists/projects making great piano chillout, which in many ways is the only thing I'm currently missing in my musical outlook. Piano is my favourite instrument. Something less synthesized, more natural, that would be great. So maybe there are gurus that could give some quick tips to get into this subject?
