chicken stock from raw chicken neck?
Asked on: 13 Nov 2008
I boiled lots of raw chicken neck in a pan. Is the resulting stock hygienic to consume as the water from this uncooked chicken neck was not pre-boiled and discarded initially?

Creamy chicken curry using BBQ chicken Recipe?
Asked on: 03 Nov 2008
I have a BBQ chicken which I picked up for $6 and froze, and tomorrow night I will make a curry from it, I had in mind something like a white sauce with curry, then toss in shredded bbq chicken, cooked onion and carrot and serve on rice,
Has anyone done something similar to this and do you have a recipe for it?
Cheers

Too chicken to mention the chicken?
Asked on: 06 Jul 2007
Hi all, long time lurker, first time poster!
This happened a few weeks back and I wondered what I should have done. A good friend invited me over for dinner at her place and we were chatting away, drinking wine, in her kitchen while she prepared the meal. She butterflied two chicken breasts on a chopping board with a sharp knife and put them under the grill. Once done, she needed to slice them up and put them in a dish with some other ingredients. I watched in horror as she merrily took them fro...

Why did the chicken cross the road?

Why did the chicken cross the road?
Most important did he have the correct licenses, and permits to cross, and was the otherside of the road zoned for chickens?
Was a committee formed to find the best route for the chicken to cross, and how many millions of dollars was spent to build a chicken crossing?
If the chicken gets hit crossing the road, is it the chickens fault for not checking for traffic, or is the one driving the car because they do not like chickens, so it must be a hate crime?

JOHN MC CAIN: My friends, that chicken crossed the road because he recognized
the need to engage in cooperation and dialogue with all the chickens on the

GEORGE W BUSH:
We don't really care why the chicken crossed the road. We just want
to know if the chicken is on our side of the road, or not. The
chicken is either against us, or for us. There is no middle ground
here.
DONALD RUMSFELD:
Now to the left of the screen, you can clearly see the satellite
image of the chicken crossing the road.
JOHN KERRY:
Although I voted to let the chicken cross the road, I am now against
it! It was the wrong road to cross, and I was misled about the chicken's
