Can the Email-to-Case functionality be used when the case wasn't generated...
Asked on: 27 Feb 2008
We're going to implement email-to-case soon. My Support manager wants to know if he can use the email-to-case functionality on Cases that were created in the UI or Web-to-Case. Specifically, once we have email-to-case setup, can his team send emails to a customer from any Case, regardless of how that Case was entered in Salesforce (UI, Web-to-Case, or Email-to-Case), and have replies from the customer get auto attached to the Case?

reading case briefs instead of the case, extremely stupid?
Asked on: 06 Sep 2007
right now as a 1L I fing that I don't have the energy to read all cases, so I read case briefs and I read the notes in the case books. If I brief every case myself, I would be reading 24/7. I also read commercial materials to understand things. So far I have no problem in class. But is this method really stupid? I do really want to do well.

Split case to tunnel case transaxle with BD reduction boxes?
Asked on: 13 Aug 2006
If I were to take apart the split case BD transaxle to remove the axles, would I be able to install them along with the axle tubes and reduction boxes into a later fully syncronized "tunnel case" transaxle?
Has anyone ever done this?

Silicone case or sleeve case?
Asked on: 10 Nov 2008
Was wondering which offers better protection and ease of use? There are many types of silicone cases but I quite like this sleeve case to be used with a screen protector.

Case suggestions for a full tower case?
Asked on: 19 Feb 2008
Well I havent bought a new case in almost 8 years now and I think its just about time for a new one.
My experience with cases (albeit limited) has been that you really cant tell much from the pictures posted on e-tailers websites. That in mind, I am seeking out some advise to at least point me in the right direction.

Good, cheap half depth 1u cases available in bulk. Suggestions?
Asked on: 16 Dec 2008
I see all sorts of full size cases with a psu (200w?) and everything for 50 bucks all over the place, but I am looking for half depth so that I can run servers on both sides of the cabinet.
The case will just need to house a mini-itx mobo along with one hard drive (MAYBE two) and no cdrom. Anyone have a good resource? I've seen the ones with the wave shaped ventilation across the front face plate, almost like cisco's logo -- and they seem to be everywhere. I would imagine cases like those would...
