Will I need C/C plates if I have C springs with Mach 1 S/S?
Asked on: 02 Mar 2006
I was wondering if I need caster/camber plates if I install C springs with Mach 1 shocks/struts? Will I have even tire wear without them? I'm running 275/40/17 all around. Any thought are appreciated. Thanks.

C Shell Or C?
Asked on: 23 Jul 2006
Shouldn't this be C coding, and not C Shell? If it were C shell, I would include it in the Shell scripting section w/ the rest of the shells.

Do I Need C/C Plates?
Asked on: 10 Feb 2003
I've got my suspension on its way for my 2000. At the time of install, they will be putting in Eibach Pro Kit, Tokico shocks & struts, CGS Subframes, and Kenny Brown chrome STB.
My question is, do I need C/C plates? If so, will they fit with my STB?? It doesn't bolt on the front like some, it bolts on top where the C/C plates should go. Also, what purpose do the C/C plates serve?
Thanks,
Donna

Mounting c as c:\ ; what is the nature of the risk?
Asked on: 04 Oct 2007
Hello all,
I've been a DOSBox user for many years but I've never posted here before. I have always dilligently avoided typing "mount c c:\" and have instead typed "mount c c:\directory" for my old games since this is recommended by the DOSBox documentation.
However, recently, I've encountered a situation where in order for a game to run correctly I must type "mount c c:\". When I want to play SSI Gold Box D&D games using DOSBox if I mount the virtual drive as anything but c:\ the game gives me a...

Not home(turn off A/C), home( then turn on A/C) question?
Asked on: 22 Jul 2004
My friend(single guy and lives alone) turns off his A/C when he leaves
the house for work during the day. When he returns from work, he turns
on his A/C. He said it saves money. I always thought that the time it
takes to cool the house expends more energy/electricity which would
end up costing him more. It is odd when he enters the house with it
feeling like an oven initially. I, personally, have always put my A/C
on automatic which turns on at a certain temperature. Any thoughts?
Thanks.

40° C idle to ~90° C under load... is this normal?
Asked on: 10 Feb 2008
Hello,
I have an E6750 processor in an MSI Neo2-FR motherboard with the stock Intel heatsink/fan. I have overclocked it using the BIOS from 2.66 ghz to about 3 ghz (375 fsb * multiplier of 8 ). It idles around 40° to 45° Celcius (according to Speedfan 4.33). I have tried to do stability testing with Orthos and Prime95 but the CPU temp jumps up to 90° c (I have stopped the tests before it goes any higher). This doesn't seem normal to me considering the load temp is more than 2x the idle temp. Do...
