What's brought the biggest jump in your traffic in the history of your website...
Asked on: 08 Apr 2004
Just curious for websites that have been around 6 months or more, what one thing brought you the biggest increase in traffic? Or brought you really big spikes?
for mine, is was the time that a story about my site ran in the Washington Times - we had a huge spike after that. Then the next biggest was when there was a reprint or recap of that article that ran in the National Review.

Weighing Trash Brought Out?
Asked on: 14 Jan 2006
This might sound a bit silly, but could be fun for kids. What if you brought along an old, small hanging (fish) scale with you when caching? You could weigh the trash brought out and keep a log. Remember grams and ounces will add up over time. The site could even have a calculator that would show the positive impact that thousands of cachers have. An inexpensive digital scale seems to be going for about 10$-12$ on ebay. What do you think?

Movie moments that brought chills?
Asked on: 19 Jan 2007
The purpose of this thread is to either describe, or post a link to something from any movie that either really sent chills down your spine, brought a tear to your eye, made you feel any sort of emotional extreem, etc.
Mine is the Immolation, from Schindler's List.
I would NOT recommend watching this if you have a weak stomach for brutality.
Share yours, and talk about others. We have threads with logic and levity, so I brought this for Checks and Balances.

Is a fear of death brought on by a lack of faith?
Asked on: 30 Apr 2008
Is fear of death brought on by a lack of faith?
My thought is that when people fear death, it is because they lack faith in God. Even if they think they have complete faith in God, a fear of death will prove otherwise. Just like how martyrs dont fear death because their faith is so strong.

Last Thing You Brought At Woolworths?
Asked on: 05 Jan 2009
Since all the stores have closed now (T.T), list the last thing you brought in Woolworths.
For me:
TNA Impact Wii (50% off, so £16)
Batman Gotham Knight (Again, 50% off, so £6, woo)

What, if anything should be brought over from SWG?
Asked on: 01 Dec 2008
What, if anything should be brought over from SWG?
I was an avid (sometimes relentless) SWG player. There were great things about it when first implemented. However, maybe I'm wrong. Was there anything good about it, and what?
