tower runs loud briefly on start up randomly?

Hello
I have an amd pc its not quiet two years old running xp sp2.
Generally it runs great but lately on start up it beeps normally etc...but runs hard and loud briefly and is very unsettlling.
Kinda like the disc drive sounds when it runs but there is no disc in it and I dont "think" its that.
I dont want her to die! I love my pc.
Any ideas?

PS; one time it did this I slightly tilted the tower and righted it and it stopped making the noise, not sure if it was coincidence at is does stop...

EPC Light on briefly, VAGCOM lead for sale anyone?

My EPC light came on briefly today and the engine would not rev above 2,000rpm.
Switched off and restarted after a minut and the light went off, drives as normal now!
However, I thought that I should get myself VAGCOM. Does anyone have a lead to sell?

Engine oil light on briefly during sharp turn... anyone else?

Going to lunch today, I made a really sharp right turn on the street and while i turning, the red engine oil light went on very briefly and then went out again. wondering if anyone else experienced this? Why the heck does that light go on while im turning? slightly concerned... I was turning pretty fast though, fast enough to feel some understeer again even with the use of comptech rear sway bar.
