Is Adult Swim the best channel for young men? &What's your favorite Adult...

It seems Adult Swim truly is the best overall channel out there in terms of content for young men and teens. Am I wrong? Not to say there aren't good shows to be found elsewhere, but as a whole, Adult Swim takes the cake.

Do you prefer Young Adult or Adult books?

There are a lot of books coming out these days aimed at teens, and according to Newsweek teen reading is on the rise. This is good news, but I wonder if teens who love reading only love reading teen books?
Do you prefer books written specifically for young adults or books written for adults? A mix of both? When teachers assign reading, where do they tend to fall?

Why are adults afraid of using adult language?

When we're young, we're given a list of words that are "adult" words that we shouldn't use. I can't imagine why, but we are. Not my system, but I played along (when adults were around, anyway).
But then I grew up, and I notice that a LOT of adults seem to think there's still some parent around who'll spank them if they use (or hear used) these certain "adult" words.
Why is that? Is it a permanant state of infantcy? Or arrested development? Why are adults afraid of using "Adult Language"?

I'm playing the Legacy challenge and I'm tired of marrying young adults. It doesn't seem like there are very many normal townies for some reason. Everyone I think IS a normal townie end up being a uni student which is annoying because they come with hardly any skills and no job. I'm wondering about Edward Mellon, before I move him in. Adult? Young adult?

Adult sentences for child criminals?

Today a 15-year-old boy will be sentenced for the rape of an 11-year-old girl in a supermarket toilet. As a minor he can't be sent to an adult jail and will expect a lesser sentence than an adult rapist. Is this right?
