Tackle Bag/Tackle box? Which one are you?

Got a kind of a survey for ya. I started fishing when tackle boxes were quite primitive and I've always had hard boxes. Mr. Turtlebug has a BPS Tackle Bag. Turtlebug son has a BPS Tackle Bag, Littlest Turtlebug has a small red Plano Tackle Box (well, because she's a girl and it' red).
I like my Box with all its compartments, drawers, hide-a-ways and such. It's sturdy, I can wash the worm guts off of it and they've always done me good. I can see where it's heavy, bulky, takes up a lot of room whe...

D player's weight affect success rate of tackle?

How much does weight factor in to a player making a successful tackle? Reason i ask is, I just got a free agent SS who is 65vr but has 87spd, 68str. not only that, but he's 6'4 234. I decided that having a big body back there who moves like that would be good, even though his tackle rating is 65. So, anyone know?

Tackle Boxes?

I was just curious as to what other members use to carry their tackle. Personally, I cram all of my tackle into a fishing vest. I like doing that because it has the inherent advantage of being worn while portaging. There are a few disadvantages though - I usually take it off when I'm fishing to get into the hard to reach pockets; I can never seem to keep it organized for a whole trip.
I'm interested in who else may be willing to share their ideas.

Are there any tackle shops that have a decent assortment of trout /salmon spoons OTHER than Gander, Dicks or Narbys? There doesnt seem to be much selection out there (I havent been to Narbys yet). Is it mail order city? BP

According to media reports out of New Orleans, Saints left tackle Jamaal Brown suffered what could turn out to be a serious knee injury on Tuesday.
Brown was taken off of the field on a cart after being hurt during blocking drills.
Zach Strief, a seventh-round draft pick in 2006, is listed as the primary backup to Brown at left tackle. We suppose it's also possible that right tackles Jon Stinchcomb or Rob Pettiti could be moved to the lef...

Buying fishing tackle in Anchorage. Where?

Where is a good store to buy fishing tackle and camping gear in Anchorage? Need to pick up a few odds and ends in anchorage (bear spray, flies, white gas, propane, weights etc...) before we fly out on a float trip. Any stores in Anchorage you can recommend?

What's a good light tackle saltwater spinning reel?

Looking for recommendations for a good light tackle saltwater reel. Something that would take up to say 15-20lb test mono. Needs to be able to handle braided line too. Looking for something higher quality that will last, and be able to take salt spray without rusting into a piece of junk. Any recommendations for $75 - max $150 range?

Tackle boxes?

Anyone have any suggestions on a good tackle box or system for halibut gear and trolling rigs? Everything I am looking at looks like it would be great for one but not the other but I would really like to get something that would be good for everything.
Looking to store flashers, weights, leader rigs, hoochies, etc, etc on a 21' North River Seahawk.
ANY suggestions will definitly be researched and appreciated.
