Anyone put a t5750 in a 6831FX? Worth it?

I searched the forums and couldn't find a direct answer to this, but I apologize in advance if I missed past relevant information.
Back to the main question, has anyone put a t5750 (2.0ghz) into a stock 6831FX to replace the t5450 (1.66ghz)? I know there are no compatability problems, I just wonder if it is a worthwhile upgrade. I'm hesitant to drop 200 plus dollars on a faster CPU since this laptop is getting old, but with the 5750 selling for around 80 dollars I figure it is worth a shot.

מה ההבדל המעשי בין core2 ל dual core?
שני המעבדים הם T3200, T5750. יש להם אותה מהירות שעון, אותו FSB ואותה ליבה. ההבדל היחיד הוא ה L2-cacheשהוא 1M ב dual core לעומת 2M ב core2.
כמה זה משמעותי?

Moherboard Monitor Mobile?

I am in desperate need of a system monitor software program that is written for laptops. If anyone knows of such a thing o has any clever ideas, do share. I cant seem to get mbm5 to function correctly. I also found this program by the name of "Mobile Meter" but it didnt work either. Perhaps because I am running 64bit Vista.
