What do you do when people stare at you?

If it's a girl I stare back with my horny face .
If it's a guy I give them the I-am-not-gay-fuck-off look and they turn away, but sometimes this doesn't work .
So what do you do when they stare at you and how can you stop this?

Do you execrate it when some people/strangers stare at you? This can either be while you're standing waiting for someone/friends or while you're dining in a restaurant and they stare from the other table (sometimes surreptitiously).
Do you find it rude/annoying at all? Do you stare back at them until they lose eye contact? Or do you just ignore those types?

I'm really into this girl who is probably straight. She's a cute girl, short, chubby, blond hair, etc. BUT I ALWAYS FUCKING CATCH HER STARING AT ME IN MY ALGEBRA AND HISTORY CLASSES. Wtf. Like, as far as I know, SHE AIN'T GAY. So I've come to the conclusion of either two things. She's got a staring problem, or she thinks I'm a boy (a lot of people in my school do. They go up to my brother and say stuff like "Your little brother almost got into a fight today." Lulz -_-.).

people staring?

ever since i have joined this new gym (westwave fitness centre) all i seem to get is weird looks from members, it really pisses me off especially when you catch them staring at you and you give them a wave and they just totally ignore you or turn away.. are people just pricks? or what? do others have this problem? or have experienced it before?
this isnt just the members but the staff there aswell.

Staring?

I've been practicing the Bates Method for about 2 and a half months and have just started to be able to relax and have flashes. I set my snellen up outside in direct sunlight. The last flash was 20/40! (June was base 20/300) and lasted several seconds.
What I've noticed and what has helped me achieve flashes is that although I don't feel like I'm straining, I do sort of feel like I am staring as the letters begin to clear. This was a bit of a block in the past because I wasn't sure about this...

What does it mean to not stare?

Hey everyone. I keep seeing things like how one shouldn't stare, but what does it all mean? Does it simply mean I should not keep my gaze upon one object, or does staring, in this context, only refer to Bates' definition of straining to see? I think the reason for my slow progress is because I have been straining to see things, but other than stopping myself when I am doing that, what else am I supposed to do? Am I supposed to keep my eyes moving at all times so that my gaze is never fixed on so...
