Disabling printing for a set?

Is there a way to disable printing on a set-by-set basis? I uploaded some event pics and just realised anyone can print my pics for $0.15 (:-(

Printing: what DPI for design and print?

Hello all, I have designed a couple of CD covers for a demo cd I made, and I would like to print them up to be used in the case. The problem is, when I print them, they come out too small for the case. I designed them at 150dpi and printed them at 600dpi, and it came out too small. Then I printed at 300dpi and they came out too big.
My question is, what dpi should they be designed, and printed at, so that they are the size I need them to be when I print them?

Print Cheques without printing?

I'm using QB Pro '02 ( I know, old, but works fine), I don't actually print cheques but in order to clear vendors as paid I've just been printing on scrap paper. Is there a way to print/clear these without wasting tons of ink printing on blank paper? Hopefully this question makes sense, I'm a very basic user.

M&M 2nd Edition 2nd Printing?

I have a friend who wants to get M&M and was wondering when the second printing would be released. He generally refuses to get the first printing of any game and prefers the corrected printing even with the errata available. Is it too early to ask this?

Printing service or print your own?

I have been printing some of my stuff off of a small compact printer of late, but that sure is limiting and a 5 x 7 is the upper limit for my little HP. I was wondering just how everyone else goes about their printing, as Im sure many, if not all of us hang stuff on the wall from time to time. Right now Im mounting some 5 x 7s in some old wooden 8 x 10 frames and matting them. A draw-back to hanging 5 x 7s is that you must be careful to keep your subjects simple. I have a woodshop so I...

Can I block buying/printing for everyone but ME?

I disabled printing for all of my galleries because I don't want others to have that ability. However, I'd love to print out some calendars and such.. Looks like I have to turn printing back on, make the order, then turn it back off. When I, the owner, am logged in, I think I should always have the printing option available.
