.htaccess in Primary Domain - tweak to leave Add-Ons alone - how?

I have a Primary domain plus some Add-On domains
/public_html/ (primary domain)
/public_html/add-on-A/
/public_html/add-on-B/
I need to tweak the .htaccess of the Primary domain to skip over the Add-On domains so that the primary .htaccess doesn't fool with the behavior of the Add-Ons
Turns out that a script that I'd like to use in the Primary domain uses .htaccess in a way that by default affects all subdirectories.
I'm wondering if there is a way to adjust the primary .htaccess so that it bypa...

Dysautonomia: primary vs secondary?

Wouldn't Jackson's dysautonomia obviously be secondary to his brain injury and not primary dysautonomia? Would you consent to testing (CT/EMG) to rule out primary?

Can somebody provide me with the primary keys for each table?

I have "duplicate primary keys" errors during replication.
I can find/delete duplicate row, but I don't know of a way to find the primary keys for each table.
Can somebody provide me with the primary keys at least for the following tables?

Invalid primary key?

I tried to run some SQL through through http://sql.phpmix.com and got
an error I don't understand.
Here's the SQL:
CREATE TABLE zzz (
zzz mediumint(8) NOT NULL,
PRIMARY KEY zzz (zzz)
);
Here's the error:
Invalid primary key "PRIMARY KEY zzz(zzz)"
According to the source code, "Index name is not allowed for primary
keys".
If I run the code in phpMyAdmin, it works just fine. The thing I'm
trying to figure out is... is doing "PRIMARY KEY zzz (zzz)" just
considered bad practice? Browsers have quirks...

How can i change the primary key for a table in mysql?

now i want to add another column and define that as a primary key and leave the existing primary column without any indexing.
