External HSC exams. Do they include prelim work?

If I were to study for the HSC and trials etc.. would I have to study all my prelim work?
I currently do :
Adv Eng
Gen maths
Anc Hist
SoRII
Legal Studies
Ext Hist
Obviously, Eng, Ancient and ext Hist i wouldnt need to study prelim but what about SORII and Legal.
I know 30% of prelim goes into Maths.

Good Area II Prelim upgrade this fall?

My parents are asking me for a tentative schedule for the rest of the year, and that hopefully means a preliminary upgrade with my wild man I was wondering what some of the "easiest" or best move up events are in the fall in Area 2.
Provided my current schedule works out, my last training will be at MDHT which I hear is a beefy course, and then I will do some 3'9 jumpers in August to get ready for prelim.
I hear Loudoun is always a good move up? And after that I was wondering about Seneca, Five...

Anyone Doing The Prelim ATC At Virginia?

I can't do it this year, but I have a friend who is looking for a team to go and do the Prelim ATC at the Virginia Horse Trials this fall. Does anyone have a short team who'd welcome another rider? Anyone already going who'd like to be on a team?
She can always do the open prelim, but she's never done an ATC before, and I encouraged her because it's so much fun! I wanted to go this year, but my baby horse is going to be rocking around the beginner novice instead due to a setback earlier this fal...

also ich habe vor ein paar samples zu machen, habe auch ein paar prelims fertig. jetzt bin ich mir aber nicht so richtig sicher welches davon irgentwie am besten ist. das problem ist das ich eines der bilder bis ende Dez fertig haben MUSS und ich auserdem mit einer menge dramatischem licht arbeiten will... also brauche ich die zeit und kann mich nur auf ein bild konzentrieren. hier sind erst mal die prelims

Judges and Competitors - whats the general standard like at Prelim Dressage...

I'm planning to enter my first prelim dressage test in a few weeks and having never done it or even watched it before, I'm a bit worried about what the other riders in the class will be like.
I have a 16.2hh TBxWB mare, she has a lot of potential to do well - she has nice paces and finds engagement and working uphill easy. On a good day she looks fantastic, works in a lovely outline, does a very impressive medium trot and even a half decent shoulder in.
