Has Susan Polgar Fled the Country?
Asked on: 07 Nov 2008
Polgar watchers know that Susan Polgar is constantly on the move,
going from one place to another, and everywhere she goes she posts a
picture of herself on her blogspot at http://susanpolgar.blogspot.com
However, ever since the USCF filed a complaint against her last week
in San Francisco Superior Court, accusing her of violating three
criminal statutes, Susan Polgar has been hard to find. On November 4,
2008, The New York Times reported that Susan is out of the country and
could not be reached...

Request denied, Mr Toad. You are not important. That is,
unless you are willing to pay for the privilege. A very
reasonable $100 per preserved-posting, per day preserved.
Survivor posts only, read all about the accident.

Is Susan Polgar, and not Paul Truong, the real Fake Sam Sloan?
Asked on: 29 Nov 2008
From the beginning, it has been assumed that all these nasty, obscene
postings by "The Fake Sam Sloan" have been authored by Paul Truong and
at most Susan Polgar knew about them but did not actually write them.
The main reason for this belief has been that a woman would not write
such dirty stuff, and therefore a man must have written it.
However, from the exchange of motions now taking place in the United
States District Court in San Francisco, it is starting to appear that
counsel for the USCF...

All those "anonymous" posters to the Susan Polgar Blog beware.
As cathartic as this blog post may have been, it put Richard's business
at risk. Anything posted on a CEO's blog -- including reader comments --
can be construed as carrying the weight of a company's endorsement, says
Marc Zwillinger, an attorney in the Washington, D.C., office of
Sonnenschein Nath & Rosenthal. "Blogging is a cheap and scalable way to
talk to interested people," adds Seth Godin, an avid blogger and the

In case you think that Susan Polgar and Gregory Alexander are charged
with minor offenses that only carry a five year sentence, consider the
following:
They are charged with breaking into Randy Hough's email address 111
times.
That is naturally 5 years for each offense, which comes to 555 years.
However, each break-in violates three criminal statutes. That makes it
1665 years in prison that they will each have to se...

It is my understanding that more than one expert has reviewed and/or is

conclusion of Ms. Polgars's "expert."

The delegate's meeting and the workshops that precede the delegates'
meeting will start on Tuesday, July 31, 2007 in Cherry Hill, New
Jersey.
These are likely to be raucous meetings. Although it has been
demonstrated by the election results that Polgar has the support of
the general membership, she may not have such strong support from the
delegates.
